Rates are in Canadian Dollars and subject to 12% HST

Rental Policy:

Check-in begins at 4:00PM.
Check-out time is 10:00AM.
Minimum Age Requirement: At least one member of the party booking & staying in this property must be 25 years of age or older.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The maximum number of guests is seven (7).

Deposit Policy:

Your preferred dates are secured with a 25% credit card deposit, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to check in.
The reservation shall take effect and be confirmed only once the deposit and duly signed rental contract is received. Rental deposits can be securely paid online through Paypal on our Payments Page or other arrangements can be made to pay by cheque or money order.
A signed rental contract and rental deposit must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation is not complete and subject to cancellation. If the reservation is made less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation by Guest: All payments are non-refundable. If we are able to rent the property for the same rental period, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 10% cancellation fee. The Guest shall have no right to reimbursement if the Owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period.
No credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures.
